These terms cover your use of QuintaCapsa ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to them
QuintaCapsa is a flashcard app for learning words and phrases using spaced repetition. It's usable without an account; signing in adds backup and multi-device sync, and the Pro plan raises the card limit
Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email - there's no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's how your account is authenticated
The words and cards you create are yours. We don't claim ownership of them - we store and sync them only so the app can provide its own features to you
Use the app the way it's intended: for your own learning. Don't try to disrupt the service, abuse rate limits, or access other accounts' data
Paid Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, subject to Stripe's Customer Portal Terms. You can cancel at any time; details on cancellation and billing are provided at checkout and in your account with Stripe
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen, which permanently removes your cards, review history, and account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, this doesn't take away any protection given to you by the mandatory law of your own country of residence
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page
